Why has my PIN been disabled?

PIN's are disabled after 5 unsuccessful login attempts.

I get an Access Forbidden Message - how do I fix this?

If you are using Internet Explorer, select Help, About Internet Explorer and check the Cipher Strength. It should be 128-bit. If it is not, click on Update Information and follow the instructions to upgrade it.

How do I print off web pages from Student Records?

(Default web browser, Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0)

Depending on your current Internet browser or Operating System settings it may be necessary to adjust the font size in your Internet browser to allow for clearer text and to avoid text being cut off when printing from a Student Records webpage.

1. Have the web page you want printed open in your web browser.
2. Select View from the Menu bar and select Text Size and change from what is currently selected to Smallest (default Medium).
3. Select Tools on your Menu bar and click Internet Options .
4. With the General tab window open, click on the Accessibility button.
5. Check the tick box; Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages .
6. Click on OK . Click on OK again to exit Internet Options.
7. Select File from menu bar, select Print , and click on the Print button to begin printing.
